Terraplan shortlisted for National Holocaust Monument Design Competition

Canada’s National Capital Commission (NCC) has announced its shortlist of teams competing to realise a National Holocaust Monument in Ottawa, Canada. The two-stage international competition called for Canadian-led submissions from the world’s leading architects, landscape architects, designers, artists and related thought leaders and drew an enormous number of Canadian and international submissions.

Terraplan as part of an international team of landscape architects, architects, artists and scholars now joins a shortlist of six entrants invited to submit concept proposals for the second phase of the competition.

Final designs will be presented at a public exhibition and then to the National Holocaust Monument jury in the winter of 2014.
